Our Pastors

The history of this church goes back 14 years to 1988 when Pastors Anthony and Margaret Sowemimo were called into the ministry. They knew then they would start and pastor this church because the Lord encountered Margaret one morning while they were in prayer and gave her the name that the church would have. Though the 14 years prior to them starting the church were indeed challenging, they knew that God was forming their character, integrity and wisdom they would need to be courageous leaders who will be able to face the overwhelming task of pasturing a congregation.

The church was formed to minister to the spiritual need of all the people in the community of Cobb County and Atlanta area as well as to all people from all walks of life. This church incorporated in 2013 as a nonprofit religious corporation to meet the needs of the community through worship services and teaching of the gospel of Jesus Christ, which creates good and productive citizens.

While it may seem as a small ministry today, we believe that it will grow into a ministry that will disciple thousands of people in the ways of the Lord here in Georgia, and in other places as well.
